Our hosting service is on our own servers located in the UK - Why use UK?
We use UK due to the Technology and advances in hardware in the computer world happen here first. Our hosting is the most stable and monitored system there is. Our servers are our own equiptment.
We prefer not to be at the cutting edge of technology but a step behind this is why we have provided clients with a stable yet up to date servers and being in the UK we can rely on the most up to date engineers to deal with any and all problems within minutes and not hours or days.
Our Advanced servers have an up time (online time) of 99.9% and we have unlimited products to provide to our clients and even if you require a product not listed we can cater for all situation, We are in essence a small family run business and specialise in catering for the unusual
We build our own servers (including hardware), we own outright the servers, we own the building they sit in, we own the internet lines which are leased from BT and have a maximum 5 hour call out in disaster cases for the internet lines - yes we have more than one so no downtime. We have 4 servers running at any one time as we have 2 live and 2 redundant, each redunancy unit operates in its own right so it will check on what the live server is doing and will check the changes being made.
We backup and backup again, we always have at least 3 backups of live data not including the redunat servers. email is backed up daily and kept for at least a 3 month's, we will also take 1 of the start of the month and keep this as a spare time line backup, we can retrieve emails from 2 years ago.
We backup website files and mysql databases individually and these are kept up to 1 month so if you accidentally delete or damage your information and or website we can restore this for you. please note we need to know asap and not "a year ago.".
We also provide the not so popular Frontpage Hosting or FPSE which we have had experience in for many years -we still feel this gets more traffic in a template build than any other design format.
Our support staff have experience in html, php and mysql as well as countless other formats available to build websites
So in essence we can provide the knowledge and support you require from a single one personal website to a medium size corporation
