Thank you for the feedback, We found that the CCTV remote viewing through Internet Explorer was unsupported but after installing and configuring the video codecs you are now able to view this. Further to your feedback we have also been onsite and repaired the cabling on Number 4 CCTV that has never worked and also plugged this into the correct port so Now this is working completely

MR
I had a profesional build a computor sys that could be updated!.
But when i asked Keith to up date the sys we found that the computor was rubish.
Keith made me a new one making sure that i knew that he was using good quality componant and he instaled it.
He done a fantastic job and i know it can be updated.
I do recomend him to everyone.

keith you`re fantastic!i`ve had so many people with "experience" tackling my computer/cctv for 3mths,and nobody could do it, that is until you tackled it, and within no time at all you found this on going problem and mended it!! definitely recommemd you.

when i arrived i spoke to Yvonne who was really pleased with the way you
approached the task and showed me how much quicker dragon was on new
machine !!! she said she has set up with you for next stage and i think
this is excellent news, we use your intranet and i use the message side
more and more can you put spell checker on intranet for me, when factory
ask to visit i will explain our it consultant will need to be present and
tie date up with you ,i noted your comments to Yvonne about old PC and its
anouther reason i pleased we switched to you, its the first time i have
seen Yvonne pleased about an it installation in 30 years well done
